Noah Hamilton and his wife, Nina (Tori Spelling), have moved from the city back to Dr. Hamilton's hometown of Mill Crossing, WA to take over the town's medical practice and to start a family of their own. The couple has struggled with infertility problems and are down to their last try at their clinic.

Unbeknownst to them, Noah's ex-girlfriend, Callie, is about to rob them of their last hope. Callie is still in love with Noah and is convinced if she can have his baby, he will come back to her.

Disguised as Nina, Callie, is implanted with the couple's last remaining embryo. But when Nina begins to suspect Callie's deception, a deadly match begins. And Noah and Nina must stay one step ahead in order to regain their baby.
